Shipping Methods, Rates, & Delivery Times

Vent Works ships anywhere in the United States, to all US territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the United States.


We offer shipping methods from multiple shipping carriers, primarily USPS and UPS and the best part is you get to choose which method is used.

To see all available shipping rates for the items in your cart:

  1. Proceed to checkout
  2. Add your shipping information
  3. Choose a shipping method


Located in the cart, the shipping rates calculator allows you to quickly see available shipping methods and rates. Just enter a state and zip code.

Note: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Order Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, all items within that order will be shipped on the following business day (no orders ship on Sundays). Most orders that are placed before 10am EST will be shipped by 4pm EST that same day. 

Packages do not ship from our facility on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • 4th of July
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Labor Day
  • President's Day
  • Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving
  • Memorial Day
  • Christmas

Shipping Mistakes and Shipping Damage

In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you. Additionally, we will work with you in the event your item is damaged by a freight/shipping company to quickly get you a replacement at no cost to you.
